icad Inc. announced that John DeLucia has joined company as the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, reporting to iCAD President and CEO Ken Ferry. Mr. DeLucia brings more than 25 years of medical device, in-vitro diagnostics and biomedical research experience to this key management position. Mr. DeLucia has significant experience working with the FDA and other global regulatory authorities, and will be responsible for navigating iCAD through several anticipated FDA milestones. His expertise includes managing and directing regulatory submissions, compliance, clinical studies, quality assurance and laboratory services for medical device and clinical diagnostic products. Prior to joining iCAD, Mr. DeLucia served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs and Quality Assurance at Z-Tech Medical Inc.
