Misys Healthcare Systems saw slim revenue growth but larger operating profits during the first half of fiscal 2008, which ended Nov. 30. Revenue for Misys Healthcare totaled $186 million in the first half of fiscal 2008, up 1% from the same period a year earlier. Initial license fees were down 5%, but revenue from maintenance and transactions processing were up 7% and 8%, respectively. Adjusted operating profit increased 55% to $34 million. The figures do not include the hospital software business lines that Misys sold last year to focus on the ambulatory sector.
