RemitDATA announced that it has raised $5 million in equity funding on February 1, 2008. The round saw participation from Noro-Moseley Partners and SSM Partners.  RemitDATA provides web-based tools for reimbursement management, document management, and sales management to healthcare providers, will use the proceeds to build out its infrastructure and to reach out to new segments of the health care industry.
