Several years of research and development in the oncology field has resulted in various methods of treatment for the disease. The conventional methods of treatment involve the treatment strategies such as Surgery, Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy, and Hormone Therapy. In addition to these methods, newer methods of treatments are emerging such as immunotherapy, gene therapy, and vaccines.
