Lighthouse1, LLC has named former Microsoft executive Jeff Young as its president and CEO. The company announced that Young will join the company from Redmond, Wash.-based Microsoft Corp., where he was most recently vice president for dynamics. The company also announced that Todd Reynolds would join the company as chief technology officer. Michael Solberg, who serves on the company's board of directors, had been interim CEO after former CEO Jeff Fritz left the company.
