Project Merit is a leading provider of pharmacy dispensing and benefits processing solutions to the pharmaceutical benefits industry. The Company has developed a meaningful presence in its core markets through the application of innovative technology and successful integration of a series of acquisitions. However, given the level of competition in the PBM/MCO market, coupled with the increasing sophistication of its business solutions, the Company was determined to transform itself with greater focus on the healthcare market. Healthios worked with management and the Board of Directors to re-position the Company with strategy and expertise in its core market segments. We designed, planned and executed the re-constitution of the Board of Directors and comprehensive business strategy.
