Terrence J. Mulligan

Mr. Mulligan is Chairman of Healthios's Healthcare Leadership Council. From 1992 through 1996, Mr. Mulligan served as group Vice President, Health Systems, for Baxter International Inc., an international medical technologies company. From 1988 to 1993, Mr. Mulligan served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Sales and Marketing, for Baxter. Mr. Mulligan serves as a Director of PD Insurance Holdings, Inc., MedAssets Inc., Care Products, Inc., Lake Forest College, and the Henry B. Tippie College of Business Board of Visitors, The University of Iowa. Mr. Mulligan has also served as a Director of MedQuist Inc., Physicians Reliance Network Inc., The Children's Miracle Network, The American Management Association, The Baxter Foundation, and The University of Iowa Alumni Association, where he also served as its President. He was awarded the Outstanding Volunteer Award from the State of Iowa in 1996, and the Distinguished Alumni Award from The University of Iowa in 2001.
