C.A. Lance Piccolo

Mr. Piccolo is President and Chief Executive Officer of HealthPic Consultants Inc., a strategic healthcare consulting firm. He formerly was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Caremark International, Inc. In 1992, Caremark was spun off from Baxter International, where Piccolo was Executive Vice President and headed the company's alternate site business. Boards he serves on include: Crompton Corporation, Physician Dynamics, Inc., Image Medical Corp., NovaMed Eyecare, Inc., MedAssets Advisory Board, University of Chicago Hospitals and Kellogg Graduate School of Management Advisory Board of Northwestern University. He and his family live in Libertyville.
