Donald W. Joseph
Mr. Joseph served as Group Vice President, Baxter Healthcare, until his retirement, January 1, 2001. Mr. Joseph was responsible for Baxter's global renal business. Baxter is the world leader in the manufacture and sales of kidney dialysis products and services. Mr. Joseph joined Baxter in 1966 as a Sales Representative. In 1981 he was appointed President of Baxter's renal business, growing the business from $258 million to approximately $2 billion. The renal business is one of Baxter's most valued, high profit, cash flow contributors. Prior to joining Baxter, Mr. Joseph served as Assistant Director, Computer Science Division, U.S. Public Health Service Environmental Agency headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Joseph received his B.S. in Economics, 1961 and his MBA, 1965 from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
