Accuro Healthcare Solutions, Inc. a provider of Internet-based revenue-cycle management products and services to hospitals and other healthcare providers completed the acquisition of TPMS Inc. on April 7, 2008.  TPMS, Framingham, Mass., also a revenue-cycle management service provider. Both companies are privately held. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. TPMS will change its name to Accuro Healthcare Solutions, but will maintain offices in Framingham with existing TPMS personnel, the company said in a news release today
