Anodyne Health, a provider of business intelligence and revenue cycle software to healthcare providers, has acquired Charlotte, N.C.-based Piedmont Healthcare Management Group on February 19, 2008. No financial terms were disclosed. Anodyne has raised VC funding from such firms as Brooke Private Equity Advisors, Frontier Capital and the Small Enterprise Growth Fund.
