The CareCentrix segment provides administrative services, as well as coordinates the delivery of home nursing services, acute and chronic infusion therapies, home medical equipment, respiratory products, orthotics and prosthetics, and services for managed care organizations and health plans. The Other Related Services segment offers hospice, respiratory therapy, respiratory and home medical equipment, infusion therapy, and consulting services. It offers its solutions under the CARECENTRIX, GENTIVA, GENTIVA AND BUTTERFLY DESIGN, HEALTHFIELD, LIFESMART, REHAB WITHOUT WALLS, SAFE STRIDES, MID-SOUTH, TAR HEEL, TOTAL CARE, and WIREGRASS trade names. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Melville, New York.
