Venrock

Venrock is a venture capital firm specializing in seed and first round investments. The firm may also consider second and later round investments. It seeks to invest in information technology, healthcare, media, energy, emerging technologies, and life sciences companies. The firm was a venture capital arm of the Rockefeller Family. It was formerly known as Venrock Associates. Venrock was founded in 1969 and is based in New York City with additional offices in Menlo Park, California; Cambridge, Masschusetts; and Israel.
