On March 13, 2008, DexCom Inc. promoted Jess Roper to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Roper joined DexCom in March 2005 as its Director of Finance and has also served as its interim Chief Financial Officer since July 2007. From December 2003 to March 2005, Mr. Roper served initially as Director of Finance and subsequently as Controller for SeraCare Life Sciences Inc.

MSC-Medical Services Company announced that on March 10, 2008, it has appointed Robert DiProva as Senior Vice President of Finance to be effective as of March 17, 2008 for a transitional period ending April 1, 2008, when he will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. DeLucia brings more than 25 years of medical device, in-vitro diagnostics and biomedical research experience to this key management position.
