MSC-Medical Services Company announced that on March 10, 2008, it has appointed Robert DiProva as Senior Vice President of Finance to be effective as of March 17, 2008 for a transitional period ending April 1, 2008, when he will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to accepting the position, Mr. DiProva served as Chief Financial Officer at Alliance Care Inc. since 2007 where he led the finance, human resources, and billing departments, among others.
