Anywhere MD, Inc. signed a letter of intent to acquire all of the outstanding shares of American Interactive Media Inc. on April 10, 2008. The acquisition is subject to negotiation and execution of binding definitive agreement, satisfaction of due diligence, approval by the shareholders and customary closing conditions. The deal is expected to be completed by second quarter of 2008.
